Lean Manufacturing

Lean Manufacturing, Lean Production, or simply "Lean", is a practice that considers expending resources for any goal other than the creation of value for the end customer to be wasteful, and therefore a target for elimination. At Superior Finishes we use Lean Manufacturing as a strategy to reduce waste, improve customer service and enhance the quality of our products. Our staff is involved in Lean training and certification and currently holds Yellow Belts, Green belts, and a Black Belt. We believe wholeheartedly in this practice because of our commitment to the environment, and vision for the growth of our company.
